Stay & Play Giveaway — Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase is one way to enter; a free mail-in entry method is available below. All entries have an equal chance of winning regardless of method of entry. Void where prohibited.

1. Sponsor.

Paul and Sunny's Adventures LLC, doing business as Dreamland Safari Tours, 406 E. 300 S, Suite 102, Kanab, UT 84741, USA ("Sponsor").

2. Promotion Period.

The Giveaway runs from 12:00 a.m. Mountain Time on September 1, 2026 through 11:59 p.m. Mountain Time on October 31, 2026. Qualifying bookings and gift card purchases must be made during this period (tour travel dates may fall outside it). Mail-in entries must be postmarked by October 31, 2026 and received by November 5, 2026.

3. Eligibility.

Open to individuals worldwide who are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, if higher) at the time of entry. The Giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law, and is not open to residents of any jurisdiction where local law would require the Giveaway to be registered, permitted, bonded, or filed with a government authority in order for its residents to participate. Employees, guides, and contractors of Sponsor, and members of their immediate families or households, are not eligible.

4. How to Enter.

(a) By booking or purchase.

During the Promotion Period, each of the following automatically earns entries for the lead guest / purchaser of record (no action required):

Bookings made during the Promotion Period qualify even if made before the Giveaway was announced. Entries associated with a booking that is canceled and fully refunded before the drawing are void.

(b) By mail — no purchase necessary.

Hand-write your full name, email address, and phone number on a postcard along with the words "25th Anniversary Giveaway" and mail it to: Dreamland Safari Tours, 406 E. 300 S, Suite 102, Kanab, UT 84741, USA. Each postcard counts as one (1) entry. Each postcard must be hand-written and mailed in a separate envelope or as a separate postcard. There is no limit on the number of mail-in entries per person. Mechanically reproduced entries are void.

All entries, however obtained, are placed in a single pool and have an equal chance of winning.

5. Prize.

One (1) winner will receive a Classic Stay & Play package for two (2) people in Kanab, Utah, comprising: three (3) nights of lodging at the Canyons Boutique Hotel; two (2) days of fully guided tours with Dreamland Safari Tours for both guests (winner's choice from Sponsor's full-day tour menu, e.g. White Pocket, Toroweap, Ultimate Kanab Tour); dining credit at Sego Restaurant; complimentary breakfasts; and picnic lunches on tour days — per the standard package described at dreamlandtours.net/stay-and-play/. Utah sales tax and BLM fees associated with the included lodging and tours are included in the prize. Redeemable on mutually agreed dates in calendar year 2027, subject to availability and the package's standard advance-booking requirements. Approximate retail value (ARV): $1,800 (USD). The prize is non-transferable and has no cash alternative; no substitution except by Sponsor, which may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Travel to and from Kanab, and all expenses not expressly listed, are the winner's responsibility.

6. Taxes.

Except for the sales tax and BLM fees included in the prize under Section 5, all taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. A winner who is a U.S. resident will be required to complete an IRS Form W-9 and will receive an IRS Form 1099-MISC for the value of the prize. A winner who is not a U.S. person will be required to complete an IRS Form W-8BEN, and any U.S. withholding tax due on the prize (at the statutory rate, or a lower rate available under an applicable income tax treaty) is the winner's responsibility: delivery of the prize is conditioned on the winner remitting any required withholding amount to Sponsor, which Sponsor will pay over to the IRS and report on Form 1042-S as required.

7. Canadian Entrants.

If the selected entrant is a resident of Canada, they will be required to correctly answer, without assistance, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question before being confirmed as the winner.

8. Drawing and Winner Notification.

The winner will be selected in a random drawing held live at Sponsor's 25th anniversary celebration in Kanab, Utah on November 7, 2026. The winner need not be present to win. The winner will be notified by email and/or phone within seven (7) days of the drawing and must respond within fourteen (14) days of first notification, or an alternate winner may be drawn. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

9. General Conditions.

By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry it reasonably believes to be fraudulent, mechanically reproduced, or in violation of these rules, and to award the prize to an alternate winner if the prize cannot lawfully be awarded to, or the conditions of award are not satisfied by, the selected entrant. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, illegible, or postage-due mail-in entries. The winner's first name, last initial, and city/state or country may be announced at the anniversary celebration and in Sponsor's newsletter and social channels; by accepting the prize, the winner consents to this use without additional compensation, except where prohibited. These rules are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, USA.

10. Winner List.

For the name of the winner, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to the Sponsor address above, Attn: Giveaway Winner List, by December 31, 2026.
